The menu features a carefully curated selection of dishes, each crafted to symbolize prosperity, abundance, and good fortune. The Abalone, Shitake Mushroom & Chicken Nest Bun ($8.50 for 2pcs) is a masterpiece, combining premium ingredients in a delightful bun that signifies prosperity. 

Next is the Crabmeat & Shrimp Hong Kong Crispy Noodles ($14.80), a beloved classic featuring generous portions of crabmeat and shrimp cooked in a flavourful and luscious superior stock.
