Ohayo Mama San unveils the palate-pleasing and visually stunning Heavenly Cloud Yusheng, a feast for both taste buds and senses this Chinese New Year!

Always one to push the boundaries of creativity, Ohayo Mama San puts its innovation to the test once more this Chinese New Year of the Dragon with the debut of its most Instagrammable yusheng yet – Heavenly Cloud Yusheng. 

Lohei to an exquisite creation made of slices of fresh salmon on a rainbow bed of julienned vegetables including white radish, carrots, pickled ginger, and pickled red and green yam, added to with sesame seeds, crackers, and roasted unsalted peanuts. The whole plate is then dusted with five spice powders before being doused with plum sauce and yuzu ponzu for the perfect balance of flavors.
