On my recent visit to DMQ Ban Mian, I had the pleasure of indulging in their Pork Ball Dry You Mian—a dish that undoubtedly stands out among its counterparts. The bowl of you mian comes with five incredibly flavorful and springy homemade meatballs. These meatballs, a testament to the chef's skill and dedication, added a delightful texture to each bite.

The dish is served with the soup presented separately, featuring a raw egg yolk. This unique presentation not only adds a visual appeal but also allows diners to customize the richness of the soup according to their preferences.

However, the real charm of the Pork Ball Dry Ban Mian lies in the luscious dark sauce that generously coats the noodles. This meticulously crafted sauce is a symphony of flavors, seamlessly blending sweet, savory, and umami notes.
