With a legacy spanning over a decade and more than a dozen outlets, Face ban mian 非板面 has carved a niche for itself in Singapore's vibrant food culture. This household name in the local dining scene has become synonymous with delicious ban mian experiences. During a recent visit to their Block 126 Lorong 1 Toa Payoh outlet, I had the pleasure of savoring their signature dishes – the Original Soup You Mian and the Tom Yum Sea Prawns Ban Mian.

The Original Soup You Mian features marinated minced pork balls, a variety of vegetables, and a topping of crispy fried ikan bilis. The broth, with its delightful blend of flavors, was not only savory but also pleasing to the palate. 

On the other hand, the Tom Yum Sea Prawns Ban Mian presents a tantalizing combination of three succulent prawns, and vegetables, all immersed in a zesty and spicy broth.
