During my recent visit, I tried their chicken mee goreng. I decided to add a hot dog to my mee goreng. I also ordered an egg prata. The vibrant red hue of the mee goreng immediately drew me in, a testament to the rich tomato sauce that imparts flavor rather than just heat. Each bite revealed expertly cooked noodles, perfectly dry yet bursting with flavor. The wok hei essence, a signature of well-executed stir-frying, added a delightful smokiness to the dish without overwhelming the palate. And despite its robust flavors, the dish struck a balance, with just the right amount of saltiness.

No visit to New Shah Alam Restaurant is complete without sampling their prata. Thin, crispy, and utterly satisfying, it served as the perfect accompaniment to the flavorful mee goreng. The delicate crunch with each bite was a testament to its freshness and expert preparation.
