Recently, I had the pleasure of indulging in Tian Jin Fong Kee's signature steamed dumplings. Priced at a reasonable $7 for a generous serving of 10 pieces.

The moment I took my first bite, I was greeted by the tender embrace of the dumpling's wrapper. Soft yet slightly chewy, it provided the perfect vessel. And what a delight it was! The fillings, generously packed with expertly seasoned meats, offered a burst of flavor with every bite.
