REVIEW: Tong Wan Fu Scallion Oil Mixed Noodles 同碗福葱油拌面

Trying out the Tong Wan Fu Cong you ban mian that I bought from Taobao. 

Upon opening the package, the first thing that caught my eye was the deep yellow hue of the noodles. The noodles became thick and bouncy after cooking

The package contained only one seasoning packet, which intrigued me. I carefully prepared the noodles, following the instructions provided. 

The noodles were springy and satisfying. Speaking of the sauce, it had a soy sauce-like flavor profile and was quite salty. The scallion oil flavor was quite subtle.

打开包装时,吸引我眼球的第一件事就是面条呈现出深黄色的色调。煮熟后,面条变得又厚又有弹性。

面条有弹性且令人满意。说到酱汁,它具有类似酱油的味道,而且相当咸。葱油的味道相当微妙。
