Shirazy Kebab: A Flavor Explosion
I started my meal with the Shirazy Kebab—a standout dish featuring minced chicken skewers seasoned with traditional Iranian spices and served with saffron rice. The kebab was absolutely amazing! The meat was tender, juicy, and bursting with rich, aromatic flavors. Although the saffron rice was a bit bland, the kebab more than made up for it. The dish also came with a side of yogurt, which I initially found puzzling. However, dipping the flavorful kebabs into the creamy yogurt turned out to be a great idea, adding a refreshing contrast to the spices.
Seafood Soup: A Hearty Treat
Next, I tried the seafood soup. This hearty soup was packed with generous pieces of fish and prawns, making it a substantial and satisfying dish. The broth was deliciously flavorful, although it had a bit of a spicy kick. For those who enjoy a bit of heat, this soup is a must-try!
