REVIEW: Doi Chaang Coffee at Rochester Mall (Permanently closed)

Doi Chaang coffee is rated by coffee expert Kenneth Davids as being among the top 1% worldwide based on following:
- 100% Arabic species trees
- High growing elevation
- Harvesting, fruit removal, drying and grading are performed using equipment and procedures that are equal in technical sophistication and rigour to any prevailing place in the world today, and superior to most.

This outlet is situated in a quiet spot in Buona Vista. There's less than 5 customer when i arrived. This branch opened in January this year so apparently it's their newest outlet in Singapore.

I ordered the Hokkaido Milk Mille Crepe Cake. This was the most yummy crepe cake I ever tasted other than Henri Carpenter in Japan. There's this burst of Hokkaido Milk sweetness with every bite.
It has just the right amount of sweetness to it. I feel that it is even better than Lady M. Since it is Hokkaido milk and anything in Japan is yummy, I guess there's a Japan factor to this.

I also ordered a Iced Cafe Mocha. Nice to chill with a nice iced coffee with a delicious cake on a hot day! The place is so quiet too! Will definitely be back for more.
