Cafe is located near Farrer Park Mrt. The interior is very instagram worthy and i have seen people bringing their laptops there. No power point there though. Not really fantastic food but good to have a cup of latte and study. Review here

NOM - Bistro & Bakery
This is by far the most spacious cafe that I have been to. It's located at a quiet estate at MacPherson. It is not near any MRT station though. The place is not crowded in the afternoon so it's good to enjoy the peace and have a rainbow cake and work on your assignments! Review here

Brew Maison cafe
This cafe is unfortunately quite far also! It's located at Bukit Timah but if you go at night, there won't be alot of people so it's good to work on your stuffs. You can see that it's almost empty!! Review here
Cozy Corner Coffee at Everton Park
Not very conducive for reading or writing notes as there's not much lighting here but you can bring your laptop and do your work while drinking coffee! You can also explore the rest of the cafes around the Everton area after working while you're there. Review here

The Bakery Chef at Bukit Merah Central
This is located quite far at Bukit Merah Central. Not near to any MRT Station, however there's a Bukit Merah Bus Station. Only go if you're near there. Cafe is not very big but enough for working. Enjoy their pastries while working! Review here

Place is quite spacious and is walkable from Haw Par Villa Station which is quite ulu as well! Come here and eat their pancake while working away on your laptop or sip on your coffee while reading a nice book. :) Review here

The Book Cafe
I decided to bring my laptop out. I have always wanted to come to the book cafe after knowing that it has FREE WIFI. The whole place is just super conducive for work! There are 3 areas here. One is alfresco seating outside, the comfortable sofa area and then the normal table settings on one side. It just feels comfortable inside. The sofa area was adorned with book shelves and it act as a separator from the other area. There's also paintings on the wall
This cafe has an extensive menu, ranging from All day breakfast sets, sandwiches, pastas and Asian delights.
