This is another one of those easy to make pasta! I followed the recipe from
foodandwine.com but changed it up slightly. Don't even need pasta sauce for this. You always see those recipes who gives really precise amount for ingredients. I like mine free and easy. I add whatever amount i like. :X
Linguine with Tomatoes, Olives, Garlic, and Feta Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cut baby tomatoes
- Carrots
- Olives
- Feta Cheese crumbs
- Parsley
- Mushrooms
- Salt
- Pepper
- Linguine
Directions:
- Mix tomatoes, olives, feta, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cook linguine in a large pot of salted water for about 12 minutes to achieve al dente texture.
- Hit olive oil over moderately low heat. Add garlic, carrots and mushrooms to fry for about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked pasta and the previously mixed mixture into the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes over low heat.
- Ready to serve~
