Making Egg Benedicts at Home

Hihi, i am back with another #myeverydaybreakfast post~ Here i am making poached eggs according to Jamie Oliver's video. I bought the hollandaise sauce from fairprice finest at the outlet at Katong. I used white bread instead of burgers. I also put ham and portobello mushrooms on top. According the video, you're supposed to cling wrap the eggs and cooked in boiling water for 8.5 minutes. The thing is it is difficult to tie the cling wrap together. I managed to get some nice eggs after trying 2 times. XD I sprinkled some red pepper powder on top coz it looks too plain.
