How to make lobster bisque pasta and risotto with Better Than Bouillon, Lobster Base

Remember the Better Than Bouillon, Lobster Base Broth i got from iHerb? I ordered more and then made lobster bisque pasta and risotto with salmon with it. For the risotto, just replace the soup stock with lobster bisque. For the pasta, just add the lobster bisque while you're cooking the ingredients. 

How to make lobster bisque?

You will need these: 
  1. 2 cups half & half or milk
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 2 tablespoons dry white wine or red wine
  4. 1½ tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Lobster Base
  5. 3 tablespoons flour
  6. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  7. ¼ teaspoon paprika
  8. ½ cup minced or salmon meat/lobster meat (optional)
Directions
  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, add half & half, water, wine, Lobster Base, flour, tomato paste and paprika.
  2. Bring to a boil while stirring, reduce heat and add lobster (optional). Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
