REVIEW: INNOVATIVE FLAVORS AT MATCHAYA

These are 2 of the recent flavors launched by Matchaya. They always have such seasonal items on rotation which is very good. I mean it will be boring if its matcha on rotation all year round right? I posted about the Sakura softserve awhile back. I hope they bring this back next year~ 

I hope i am not too late in posting this!! lo and behold, here's the Lavender and Raspberries Kakigori! Beautiful medley of floral lavender sauce with sour raspberries sauce and topped with raspberries and blueberries. You can also find strawberry rondies within the kakigori. 🍧🍧🍧 

This was launched recently, but they have since replaced this with Rose soft serve. Mentaiko soft serve from matchaya. I think they are the first in Singapore to develop this flavor. I can definitely taste the spiciness of the mentaiko but not so much of the savory taste. I think this will take sometime to get used to. Nonetheless, kudos to the team behind matchaya for the innovative flavors all the time.
