Rendang Mac & Cheese 

The beef rendang was braised for a freaking 6 hours with mushrooms, cheese, spinach and cream tossed with orecchiette pasta and covered in a herbed crumb. This makes for a totally indulgent meal! fyi, the rendang wasn't spicy at all but It can get quite overwhelming after awhile. I guess for $16.. it is quite worth it and taste-wise also not too bad! The crowd in the cafe was quite sparse on a weekday night.
