REVIEW: CUBA LIBRE SG

Food is the common denominator that brings people together! We had such a fun time chit chatting and bonding over food that day. I was gonna thank the one who sent us there but he/she shows that age is no guarantee of maturity. LOL 

Here are some of the food we had that day. Bite sized food are served that day but do expect the full portion to be served in the restaurant.

1) Mojito and Cuba Libre Cocktails
2) Ropa Vieja (Shredded flank steak, vegatebles in tomato sauce and arroz moro)
3) Cuban Sandwiches (Cuban Bread, Roasted pork, smoked ham bacon, gherkins, mozzarella cheese and fries.)
4) Mushroom Lasagna (Over baked Lasagna in slow cooked mushroom sauce)
5) Shrimps Skewers (Grilled shrimps on a skewer with criole sauce)
6) Mojito Chicken (Braised boneless chicken thigh, tangy rum reduction & mango salsa)
