REVIEW: 4/4 SEASONS COFFEE - COFFEE & DESSERTS SUITABLE FOR ALL SEASONS?

4/4 SEASONS COFFEE 🍮☕

This was one of the coffee shops to visit for coffee when you're in Tokyo, Japan. Located in Shinjuku, It's located a little further away from the busy area. When i arrived, the cafe was packed full of people. I quickly planted my ass on a high table when someone left and ordered the classic pudding and coffee.

Serving up a well-curated single origin beans such as Ethiopia Alaka (FW), Burundi Gakokwe, and Rwanda Coco. This is not all too! Their beans are roasted in house too. The great benefit to roasting your own beans is that you have full control over the boldness of the flavor and level of caffeine. Freshness and QC guaranteed for their customers.

The classic pudding is not to be missed when you are there. Silky smooth and slightly firm, with a gentle wobble, the classic pudding is topped with whipped cream, cherry and lightly burnt caramel and it's body drenched in caramel sauce. There's notes of sweetness with very subtle complex hints of bitterness. I ordered a cup of coffee to go with the dessert. What a good way to spend the morning. (:

The shop also offers breakfast items such as granola bowls, toasts, pastries and cakes which are made in house with love.
