Flagwhite is the new kid on the block in Jln Jurong Kechil which is super near to Beauty World MRT and home to many cafes. Cafe Hoppers now have a new cafe to check out! The cafe features industrial interiors which is repeated in many cafes but I find myself attracted to window seats. Bright light shining through, people watching and a cup of latte makes me happy. (:
Many will know I prefer pastas but this cafe had none. lol I ordered the chicken parmegiano which is brine breaded chicken baked in Tomato concasse, sauteed mushroom and mozzarella gouda cheese mix. The chicken was covered in this thin layer of bread crumbs and were baked to a nice crisp with tender and juicy meat inside. The cheese mix and sauteed mushroom was a match made in heaven with the chicken provided additional flavors to the already yummy chicken. Tangy and oh so cheesie indulgent! The dish was accompanied by a basket of fries and salad as sides.
In addition, they do have a selection of light bites such as garlic parmesan wings, truffle fries and tater tots. Fans of brunch food can also get to customize their meal to their liking too. Can also order salads if you feel like being healthy. Desserts are made in-house too.
I had a cup of latte to go with the meal. Coffee was not roasted in house but was sourced from Quarter Life Coffee Roasters and Paradise Coffee Roasters. Smooth and velvety.
