WHERE TO GO FOR COFFEE IN TOKYO JAPAN

The train station at Shinjuku is considered the busiest station in the world according to this list. Since it is the busiest, there must have alot of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, etc around to support the crowd. Verve is located at the NeWoman building above Shinjuku Station.
Verve Coffee Tokyo is bringing a slice of Santa Cruz, California into the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. Mirroring the Verge style back in California, the design of the store is light and approachable.
Likewise with the store located in the US, their specialties are the espresso based drinks and they are made using the Mythos Nuova Simonelli coffee grinders and a Kees van Der Westen Spirit four-group espresso machine. You can also get a variety of Verve's Merchandise such as the original mug cups, bags, T-shirt, and design goods. Came here for a cup of coffee after my lunch at Shin Udon. Good respite from the busyness at the train station and a perk me up from the food coma. hahaha Although the shop maybe popular but I feel like their service could be improved. I was standing at the counter looking at the menu so instead of offering to tell me what's good there.. i was shoved aside. lol

About Life Coffee Brewers is another instagrammable spot in Shibuya. Japan has too many coffee shops and this is just one of the must go!! I didn't get to go here in 2017 so i made this one of the top priority in 2018! Almost a hole in the wall, About life is built into a white bricked building with no seats at inside. There's a wall mounted table inside where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and hooks for yall to hang your shopping bags or winter coats. Located outside the shop are some benches where you can take your #ootd. haha I ordered a cup of warm latte to keep myself warm! You can choose between 2 kinds of espresso and 3 kinds of hand drip coffee. A very small shop but they have all you need. :)
