BEAUTY IN A POT 美滋锅
Jewel Changi Airport's only hotpot restaurant. Singapore based restaurant Chain, Beauty in a Pot is a concept by Paradise Group with its nourishing and exquisite broths, as well as a wide selection of fresh ingredients.
We chose the Quart Pot with their Signature Beauty Collagen Broth, Signature Spicy Nourishing Soup (Pork Bone Soup), Herbal Drunken Chicken Broth, and Cooling Coconut Broth.

The main ingredient for the Signature Beauty Collagen Broth and Signature Spicy Nourishing Soup consists of shark cartilage. The broth is simmered for more than 8 hours to create this hearty and collagen-rich broth.
The Spicy Nourishing Broth comprises of Chinese herbs such as red dates, wolfberries, ginseng, dang gui and dang shen, complete with a customizable level of spiciness. 3 Levels for spicy kings and queens to choose from.
The herbal drunken chicken broth was pretty good too reminiscent of the foil-wrapped herbal chicken.
The cooling coconut broth was refreshing with strong hints of coconut complete with coconut flesh floating atop the clear broth.
Beauty in The Pot offers a plethora of fresh ingredients ranging from fresh seafood, healthy vegetables, noodles, and quality meats. Their hand-made meatballs, meat paste, and dumplings are not to be missed!
Spoilt for choices, there are also more than 20 condiments and sauces to dip the ingredients in. Some of the must-try items include the melt-in-your-mouth Signature Homemade Fish Tofu, Ebiko Prawn Paste, and Fried Beancurd Skin. The signature homemade fish tofu is cute and resembles a real fish. The texture does not remind me of tofu but fishcake instead.
The ebiko prawn paste is the same one that they used for their Le Signature Trio Shrimp Ramen at Le Shrimp. Another concept by the paradise group.
The staff advised us to soak the beancurd skin into the broth for 3 seconds to retain the crispy texture! We love this and ordered a second serving.
The design concept of Beauty In The Pot outlet at Jewel Changi Airport is inspired by “JEWEL” and the glamour of air travel. It showcases art deco style, which represents luxury, glamour, romanticism, and is a celebration of technological progress in the aviation sector. With pastel tiffany blue and brass dominating the colour scheme, the restaurant is set in a jewel box with gracious lines and gorgeous furnishing.
