REVIEW: KAM'S ROAST - FIRST AIRPORT OUTLET AT JEWEL CHANGI

Hong Kong's Michelin-starred Kam's Roast Goose Brand has opened its second outlet in Jewel Changi Airport. This is also their first ever outlet in an Airport. Many firsts in Jewel indeed.

Kam's Roast will offer their signature roasts and cured sausages. Everyone can have a piece of Hong Kong whenever they are now with The Roast Duck Travel Gift Pack ($60+), which comprises of their signature roast duck.

The cured sausages ($25+ per box) with a choice of lean pork or goose liver will also be available in boxes for travellers to bring home or gifts. 

There's currently a promotion for their cured sausages.

Iberico Char Siu is created using award-winning pork from Spain. Marinated and Seasoned with Kam Family's secret blend, every slice of char siew is a burst of flavor with an enticing ratio of lean meat and fat, and the charred bits add a delightful crunch. 

If the Iberico is not your favorite, there's the toro char siew made using prime pork belly with a thicker cut that is marinated using the same secret blend. Juicy, tender and charred perfectly, that the luscious glistening caramelization is so good! 

To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will offer two promotions as well: 

Lunch Takeaway Promotion (10 am to 5 pm)

• Free upgrade of half marinated egg + 2 slices of marinated tofu with any order of roast meat on rice/noodles
