REVIEW: PASTA SUPREMO - AFFORDABLE AND CUSTOMISABLE PASTA IN SUNTEC CITY

PASTA SUPREMO offers freshly made homemade pasta at Suntec City. Nothing compares to the taste and texture of fresh homemade DIY pasta. They also allow customization for pasta too. 

1️⃣ Supremo Porky Marinara

Long Pasta drenched in Haus Marinara sauce with Haus Meatball, Haus Bacon and Pork Croutons. The pasta is topped Parmigiano Reggiano (24 Mths) for that savoury cheesy taste. The meatball is so soft and tender! This Haus marinara sauce offers rich and lively tomato flavour, while the bacon and croutons add a delicious crunch to the whole dish. 

2️⃣ Carbonara, but not really

Curly pasta doused in 3 Mushroom Creme with Haus Bacon and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano (24 Mths). So creamy, cheesy and spoon licking good! 

3️⃣ Mentaiko Pasta

Curly pasta in Mentaiko Sauce with unagi and prawn roe. Although the sauce is not rich enough, they make up for it with a generous portion of prawn roe which pops so deliciously in my mouth. 

4️⃣ 300 days Grain Fed Fatty Wagyu

Meat from Wagyu beef fed for 300 or more days on a grain-based diet will be highly marbled and higher in fat compared to meat from grass-fed Wagyu. Hence it is so tender and also it ties in so well with the sesame dressing. 

5️⃣ Spiced Supremo Chicken Skins

Wah, this was so addictive!! Cripsy and flavorful! Not for the health conscious folks though. 

6️⃣ STUFF ON BREAD

Bak Kwa Jam

Avocado & Feta

Cheesy Cheese AF

My fav is the mushroom & black truffle cream with its strong earthy truffle taste and the avocado & feta for its creaminess and savoury taste. The toasted sourdough bread does not get soggy from all the stuff on it and maintains it's fluffy texture. Impressed. 

7️⃣ Pistachio Creme

Last but not least, we have dessert! The pistachio creme is not overly sweet. This nutty dessert is definitely a treat!
