REVIEW: PINK FISH SINGAPORE - FROM NORWAY TO SINGAPORE (Permanently Closed)

What's not to love about Norwegian Salmon! Hailing from Norway, Norwegian salmon casual fast-food chain store Pink Fish sets ashore and opened its first stall outside of their home country in Jewel Changi. True to their fish theme, You can find engraved fish scale patterns throughout their premise. Allegedly Norway's answer to Mcdonalds or KFC too according to the internet.

My American Hawaiian Poke bowl comes with delicious and fresh salmon cubes and chili marinated Crispy Greens layered up with a satisfying serving of rice. Aside from Poke bowls, they also have burgers, salads, soups, and wraps.

They're advocating sustainability because there's more capacity in the ocean than on land. The ocean covers more than 70 percent of the surface of our planet.

“Secondly, it takes four years to raise a salmon to 4kg, but at that time, it only eats 4kg of food and it doesn’t consume water. In comparison, a cow drinks 8 liters of water a day. Just by serving more seafood to the masses, we are contributing to sustainability.”

People advocating for environmentally friendly will be delighted to know that their bowls, packaging, and cutleries used are all biodegradable.

If you're like me who loves Salmon, this is the place to go when you're at Jewel Changi.
