Kei Kaisendon
Novena Square 2 has become little Japan with the opening of Daiso and Don Don Donki, and not forgetting Japanese food. Kei Kaisendon serves up delicious Japanese rice bowls which come with salad or rice or a mixture of both. We also ordered poached eggs to eat with the rice which makes the sticky rice achieve a silky texture.

I feel justified if I were to pay this amount for the portion I'm getting. There's fresh salmon, Maguro, yellowtail sashimi with succulent baby scallops on a bed of warm vinegary Japanese rice. Not to mention the fish roe popping in my mouth. ⠀⠀
Unagi & Tamagoyaki Set - $16.90
Enjoy sweet caramelized sauce over grilled unagi. Look at how thicc the meat is! The above kaisen don and the unagi bowl comes with wakame. It adds fiber, flavor and interesting color to the bowl.
