Fireless Kitchen celebrates Singapore’s 54th Birthday with a Modern Take on Local Dishes

Indulge in healthier versions of our national dishes, cooked sous vide style

Fireless Kitchen is celebrating Singapore’s 54th birthday with a modern and unique take on our local Singaporean dishes.

Rediscover Singapore’s well-known national dishes with Fireless Kitchen’s Sous Vide Hainanese Chicken and Sous Vide Beef Rendang, that pairs beautifully with an aromatic Ginger-Garlic Brown Rice, and delectable companions such as Sambal Long Beans and Sweet & Sour Peppers.

Fireless Kitchen’s renditions of these national dishes are thoughtfully crafted out by the restaurant’s Chef-Owner, Siddharth Bauari (better known as Chef Sid), and highlights healthier versions of our local specialties while remaining faithful to Fireless Kitchen’s concept of primarily using sous vide cooking techniques for its dishes.

“To commemorate this National Day, we want to showcase Singapore’s local favourites in a new light. Staying true to the Fireless Kitchen concept, the dishes that we are featuring this National Day allows our customers to indulge in a guilt-free healthy bowl that combines Singapore’s multi-cultural flavours and dishes,” says Chef Sid, who previously helmed the kitchen of Grand Hyatt Singapore’s StraitsKitchen – a halal buffet restaurant that is renowned for its local ethnic fare in a five-star setting.

Head down to Fireless Kitchen at Funan Mall (#02-04) and treat your patriotic palates to these specially curated selections of local dishes done sous vide style, available from Thursday, 8 August throughout the National Day weekend – while stocks last.

Fireless Kitchen’s “Build-Your-Bowl” concept allows you to customize your bowl by selecting proteins, staples & companions, and its signature dishes include their bestselling (and deliciously tender) 12-Hours Sous Vide BBQ Pork Belly, the highly instagramable purple Sweet Potato Mash and flavourful companions such as MisoGlazed Carrot, Crispy Garlic Broccoli and Honey Roasted Pumpkin. These crowd favourites will remain available during the National Day season.
