Tomato Rice Recipe with Glico Chicken Rice Seasoning

Use this glico chicken rice seasoning to make tomato rice! Actually, tbh I am not sure why they call this chicken rice seasoning when it is red AF? haha

I bought this from Don Quijote in Osaka but I am not sure if you can get it in don don donki in Singapore. Used up the last of the honey baked ham for this and also added my fav Oyster mushrooms. There are many ways to make this including the infamous way using a rice cooker or you can be like me and use this easy hack for yummy rice! This is my favourite way to make tomato rice.

Tomato Rice Recipe with Glico Chicken Rice Seasoning

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
• Steamed Rice
• Assorted Ingredients (Ham, Luncheon Meat and King Oyster Mushrooms

Cooking Directions

1. Medium heat: Heat the salad oil in a frying pan.
2. Medium heat: Add rice and fry until disentangled.
3. Low heat: Add "ingredients", stir fry until it mixes in the whole.
4. Low heat: Add "sauce" and stir it until it mixes in the whole.
