and authentic flavors of a suburban American diner and it’s located right in the heart of the Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski. Think vinyl booths, checkered flooring, tiled walls, vibrant red leather seats, and a fun vintage vibe complete with neon lights. Broadway American Diner features a collection of classic American comfort food comprising hearty and freshly-grilled hamburgers, rolls and toasts, tasty mac & cheese, classic milkshakes, irresistible sundaes, and good ole American pie.

Munch and Graze

The Chilli Beef Hot Dog is immensely satisfying with smoked beef sausage, chili con carne, pico de gallo, and mozzarella cheese in a hot dog bun. A crowd favorite here is the Grilled Pulled Pork Sandwich served with coleslaw, arugula, cucumbers, pickles, and barbecue sauce in a sandwich roll. A must-try is also the Philly Steak Sandwich features juicy beef steak with bell peppers, onions, mozzarella, and Colby cheese in a hoagie roll. Those who prefer white meat won’t be disappointed with the Buttermilk Chicken and Cheese Burger that serves up fried chicken with American cheese, cabbage slaw, and a honey mustard dressing, as well as the Pork Jowl Burger with pulled pork, coleslaw, green apples, arugula, Dijon mustard, and smoky spicy ketchup. The buns used at Broadway American Diner is freshly-made from natural ingredients.

For those only looking for just a snack to accompany the good times, Broadway has a long list of munchies perfect for a small bite. Take your pick from crispy Potato Skins that come with the complete works of chili beef, sour cream, and Colby cheese; Refried Bean Dip served with corn tortilla chips, crispy bacon bits, cheddar cheese and cilantro; or a hearty Macaroni & Cheese made with generous cheddar and parmesan cheese, green peas, crispy bacon, and mentaiko. You’re also encouraged to get messy with Buffalo Hot Wings marinated to the bone with a housemade hot sauce and served with celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
