Bound to be the centerpiece of any festive feast, the new Masak Merah Roasted Turkey is Executive Chef Eric Cheam’s Asian twist to the Christmas classic. The turkey is infused with spicy tomato sauce for 48 hours before being slow-roasted for 2.5 hours and served with tomato fried rice, sautéed Brussels sprout with Sambal Hijau (green chili), and begedil (fried potato patty). Other savory highlights this year include Lavender Honey-Glazed Semi Bone-In Gammon Ham and Roasted Grass-fed Ribeye with Black Garlic and Chipotle.
