For Lobster toast, $1 Nasi Lemak and Miso Cod Chikuzen-ni Castle Bento Set - AC.Kafe by ActionCity, Kedai Makan Muhajirin, Misato Singapore

I had the PEPPER SPICE BOSTON LOBSTER TOAST at the AC.Kafe by ActionCity at Jewel Changi Airport. This particular lobster toast caught our eye as it looks so good in the picture and it came plated nicely with the halved cheesy grilled pepper spiced lobster perched on top of toasted Hokkaido brioche. The bread seemed to be glazed as it tasted sweet and it comes with Egg Mayo and mixed greens as sides.

Kedai Makan Muhajirin is a Muslim stall at Toa Payoh selling Muslim food but I think they are more famous for their Nasi Lemak. Aside from this, they do have a wide variety of Muslim food such as mee rebus, mee goreng, long tong, nasi Padang, mee siam, etc. The price for their nasi lemak is definitely unbowed!

$1 nasi lemak comes with Ikan Bilis, cucumber slices, egg. If you're like me who think this isn't enough, I added fried chicken. I will add either bergedil or sausage too, depends on the mood.

Wah, this Miso Cod Chikuzen-ni Castle Set 🏯 from Misato is so hard to get. I remember visiting them last year in the evening and this was sold out. I visited them again recently just half-hour after their opening time and was informed only 5 sets available. We had the last 2 sets.

The first tier 🏯 was the Miso cod, the second tier 🏯 was the simmered chicken with lotus root, capsicum, konnyaku, carrots, and burdock with other vegetables and the last tier 🏯 was the Japanese rice wrapped in nori.
