Established by award-winning American chef Anthony Carron, 800° Woodfired Kitchen is founded upon principles such as using the highest quality ingredients, in addition to having a wonderful ambiance and a superior guest experience.

The perfect pizza starts with the best Neapolitan flour, imported from Naples, Italy. The flour is custom milled with high protein content, resulting in an elastic dough for that perfect crust. The highlight is the wood-fired oven, which brings the cooking temperature as high as 800° Fahrenheit, or 420° Celsius, resulting in that beautiful leopard print char on the crust. 800° Woodfired Kitchen uses a blend of various types of wood to infuse each pizza with a unique smoky taste. As the oven is continually seasoned with use, you can expect the individually shaped pizzas to taste even better over time.

Available in 10” or 14” sizes, 800° Woodfired Kitchen’s pizzas come on three options of pizza bases – Margherita (red sauce), Pesto (Verde sauce), or if you prefer no sauce at all, the Bianca (white base). Each pizza comes with the highest quality Italian mozzarella as well as torn pieces of fresh mozzarella balls to give each pizza a beautiful artisanal look.

Each pizza can be customized with a wide array of premium toppings, which include several proteins such as beef pepperoni, beef salami, Philly beefsteak, beef meatballs, and prawns. Fresh vegetables offered include cherry tomatoes, jalapeno, green pepper, pineapple, and more before you top it off with after-bake extras like arugula and even a whole burrata.

800° Woodfired Kitchen’s succulent roasted chicken is the result of a two-day process that begins with freshly cooked vegetable stock for the brine. The fresh chickens, never frozen, are brined and then marinated in our proprietary blend of herbs and spices. The hardest part may be choosing from the homemade sauces, with six options such as Peruvian Green, Truffle Ranch and Smokey BBQ, and four decadent sides that include Mac & Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Butter Corn, or Garlic Butter Rice to complete the meal.
