Specialty Café Menu

SUN with MOON’s new café menu will showcase a curated selection of specialty teas imported directly from Shizuoka Prefecture, a renowned tea leaf production region and one of the most established in Japan. Cultivated with the waters from the streams of the Japanese Southern Alps, the tea leaves boast a rich and fragrant aroma. In addition, all the teas at SUN with MOON are also carefully chosen by an in-house Japanese Tea Appraiser, of which there are only 30 certified in Japan. Only the highest quality Sen Cha leaves are served at SUN with MOON, harvested from plantations between the high altitudes of 700 – 1000m without the need for pesticides, while the leaves for Fuka-Mushi Cha originate from Makinohara. They are then artfully brewed, similarly using natural mineral water from the Japanese Southern Alps for the ultimate Japanese tea experience.
From siphon and drip tea to latte and cold brew, enjoy the delicate art of tea appreciation at SUN with MOON from just $5.00 a cup. There are numerous ways to enjoy your preferred brew, but especially so with a selection of Japanese sweets and desserts.

Toothsome treats to get you through the day, binge on the new Zensai Parfait (U.P.$9.80), a layered confection of creamy vanilla ice cream with crunchy cornflakes, chewy rice dumplings, salted rice cracker, fresh strawberries, strawberry syrup, whipped cream and topped with a tasteful crepe rusk and served with sweet red bean sauce on the side.
Have a go with the Yaki Dango ($9.80) for some DIY fun – lightly grilled, warm, and chewy Japanese rice dumplings served with sweet soy sauce glaze, red beans, and chestnut paste on the side – the perfect summer treat accompanied by a comforting cup of warm Drip Sen Cha ($6.00).
A pandora box that whips your self-control away as it opens to reveal decadent monoka waffles, rice dumplings, red beans, vanilla ice cream, chestnuts, fresh cut strawberries, and cream as you assemble your very own, delightful Monaka Plate (U.P.$13.80)!

Matcha fans will want a bite of this satisfyingly chewy Matcha Shiratama Cream Anmitsu ($6.80), featuring green tea glutinous rice flour dumplings with creamy vanilla ice cream, red bean, agar, soft dried apricot, and served with brown sugar syrup on the side.
