6 places to go for grape desserts and drinks in Singapore (cakes, kombucha, bonbon, yogurt, tea and bread)

Grapes, You could eat them one at a time, just like they were meant to be—but why stop there? Grapes are a great snack, but they can also be used for a variety of other items. There are a plethora of grape desserts to sample.

1)_Wheeler's Estate

Restaurant, Alfresco, Bar, Events, Entertainment, and Recreation are the six components of Wheeler's Estate. The 2-acre former British military airbase-turned-heritage building has been built and planned to create open, communal spaces that will transport you to another country.

This is my second time at Wheeler's Estate but my first time having their desserts. We ordered the Kyoho grape 🍇 cake which has layers of kyoho grape-infused sponge cake and Chantilly cream. I could taste the pronounced taste of the kyoho grape but the sponge cake however was so dry...

Located at Seletar Aerospace Park, Wheeler's Estate is only a few minutes away from Thanggam MRT station.

2) Steeped Tea Bar

Steeped Tea Bar isn't yet another bubble tea shop or café but a rather nice tea cafe with its exclusive line-up of tea. Their tea leaves are first extracted in an espresso-like machine, then shaken and stirred with fruit juices to finish. Each drink on the menu comes with tasting notes.

Was recommended to order the Grape 🍇 Oolong! This has a sweet natural grape flavor that lingers! I love it! 🙆🏻‍♂️ Some must-try drinks there are the matcha latte and pear high mountain oolong.

3) llao llao

Anyway, I'm sure Llaollao needs no further introduction! Many people should have seen them either on IG or the physical shops. This one is for the health-conscious people and their delectable natural frozen yogurt and variety of toppings appeal to everyone.

They have recently launched the llaoba which is their signature frozen yogurt with boba pearls of different flavors. It comes in four flavors: mango, strawberry, grape, and lychee.

I love grapes, so the @llaollao_sg new ✨ llaoba grape topped with grape 🍇 boba with grape sauces drizzled all over will be my first choice. Although the yogurt became a little gelat towards the end, the boba was chewy and smooth.

4) Kream & Kensho Cafe

Kream & Kensho is a new Japanese-inspired cafe located at Kampung Bahru Road, they are a brunch cafe and coffee shop by day and a restaurant with beer by night. They have minimalistic aesthetics in terms of interior.

I wanted to try this Grape and Ricotta Matcha brioche coz it looks so good on the gram.
The sliced halved sweet Muscat grapes are laid uniformly on top of a bed of Ricotta cheese with lavender buds, crushed pistachio, and matcha powder sprinkled on top and finished with a drizzle of honey. I like how the brioche bread didn't become too soggy with all that's on top of it. The entire dish worked for me with the grapes matching with the ricotta cheese but the matcha was kind of redundant and didn't add to the taste. I also didn't taste the cheese, unfortunately. But if you like grapes, do give this a shot. hahaha

5) Cafe de Paris Singapore

Cafe de Paris, located at 313@Somerset, is a Parisian-inspired Korean dessert shop that serves delectable sweet fruit BonBons, which I couldn't wait to try. This is a definite must-have in Singapore's sweltering heat... just a short walk home is faint-inducing! They're not a dessert shop but also offer art jamming sessions there.

The Sweet BonBon comes in flavors of Mango, Grape, Blueberry, Strawberry, Cherry, and Raspberry.
I ordered the grape 🍇 bonbon and there's a refreshing grape 🍇 sorbet inside with more grapes 🍇 , non-dairy cream, and topped with more grapes 🍇 . The sweet, satisfying juicy crunch of those grapes. so good! 🥺

6) ANTEA SOCIAL

Antea Social used to be an online shop but has since moved to a physical location at Tyrwhitt Road.
Antea Social plays on the word Anti-social but aims to do the opposite by bringing tea and socializing together. Their specialty is Oriental tea. They have green tea, black tea, and oolong tea with pastries. They also have house-made kombucha like the one I ordered online.

Ordered 6 bottles of the Antea Social Kombucha to try and I really love the Kyoho Grape 🍇 oolong flavor which gave the Kombucha 🥤 a sweeter and fuller flavor. These are carbonated so feels like having a soft drink. Really refreshing.

Address: 9 Tyrwhitt Rd, Singapore 207528
Opening Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11.30 am - 9 pm
Friday - Saturday 11.30 am - 10 pm
