REVIEW: Good hawker food in Singapore: Mixed Seafood Horfun at Changi Lor 108 Fei Lao Seafood

Changi Lor 108 Fei Lao Seafood is not located in Changi but at Bedok North. I'm on the hunt for good Horfun and this came up in the search for horfun with strong wok hei. The first impression, there isn't a lot of horfun and the ingredients quite scarce. Only 1 slice of fish, 2 pieces of prawns, some pork, and liver. They could work on the portion. I'm not sure if the mixed horfun with seafood was worth waiting for.

After giving the horfun a good toss, I noticed some of the rice noodles looking charred and black specks on the horfun were an indication of wok hei. True enough, there were wok hei but not as strong as what the other blogs write about. The gravy was tasty but not memorable.
