Yang Guo Fu, the World’s Largest Mala Tang Chain, Introduces Full Range of Instant Self-heating Mala Tang and Hotpot Pastes to Singapore

Yang Guo Fu, the world’s largest mala tang chain with over 6,000 outlets, has launched its new series of instant self-heating hotpots! Without having to heat up water or prepare any ingredient, you can enjoy a comforting bowl of hotpot in just 18 minutes. This is a perfect meal on a busy day or a wonderful accompaniment for your movie marathons!

There is a total of five flavors. Made with preserved mustard leaves, the Sour Soup Beef teases the palate with a sour-savory note. It comes with beef chunks, lotus root, enoki mushroom, bamboo shoots, kelp, and black fungus. The Beef Mala Tang, which is concocted with more than 10 spices and Sichuan peppers, is delightfully unctuous and rich in collagen. The spicy broth permeates every ingredient, from the lotus roots to beef chunks and sliced potatoes. Cannot take spicy food? Go for the Beef Tomato for a lighter and tangy version, with the refreshing tomato soup tasting similar to what you would get in stores!

Those who prefer pork can also tuck into the Luncheon Meat Mala Tang (which uses beef broth as the base) and Luncheon Meat Tomato (non-beef soup base). The bowls come with gratifying slices of luncheon meat and vegetables such as sliced potato, lotus root, kelp, and bamboo shoots. Each self-heating Mala Tang bowl is a hearty meal in itself and comes with either glass noodles, chewy sweet potato noodles, or wheat noodles.

With the cold rainy season approaching, getting to enjoy hotpots at home is pure bliss. Yang Guo Fu will also be launching three hotpot soup pastes Beef Mala Hotpot Paste, Spicy Hotpot Paste, and Tomato Hotpot Paste. Now you can enjoy the restaurant’s highly popular broths any time you want. Make it a feast with your personal favorite ingredients! The pastes can also be used to create stir-fries or braised dishes – unleash your creativity and the possibilities are endless!

Yang Guo Fu’s instant self-heating hotpots will retail at S$9.90+ while the hotpot pastes will go at S$3.30+ each. They are available at all 4 Yang Guo Fu Malatang outlets.
