REVIEW: Good Hawker food in Singapore: Chef Choo Signature - Good quality western food and pasta by ex 5-star hotel restaurant chef

I haven't really explored Golden Mile Food Centre yet but this Chef Choo Signature came up during my search for pasta. The owner is also an ex 5-star hotel restaurant chef from Grand Hyatt and Regent hotel. I ordered their signature sizzling seafood spaghetti which came piping hot in a cast-iron skillet. Love how this kept the pasta warm! Cooked in a delicious wine-enriched tomato sauce, a mix of seafood such as prawns, squids, clams, and mussels makes an elegant partner for the al dente spaghetti. The spaghetti carbonara was also cooked al dente with a generous portion of bacon but can be quite jelak or overwhelming towards the end.

Apart from the pasta, they also have the usual western food mains such as chicken chop, pork chop, salmon, and seared beef.
