REVIEW: Good Hawker food in Singapore: Mei Wei Ban Mian . Mee Hoon Kueh at Toa Payoh

Mei Wei Ban Mian Mee Hoon Kueh used to be one of my fav stalls here at Toa Payoh. Although they have the self-service sign there when they're not busy, they will bring your order to you. I am here in the evening and there is no queue so my order was sent to my table.

I will usually order their Sliced fish you mian because they don't use their thinly sliced fish but huge chunks of fish.  Their soup is particularly rich and sweet, prepared with pork and ikan bilis. They are plentiful with toppings like ikan bilis and fried onion. The noodles are firm and flavorful.
