What to expect from a Fish & Chips specialty stall:

They have Pacific dory, Red Tilapia, Atlantic Halibut, and Seabass to choose from.

They also have the usual western food such as Chicken Steak, Salmon, Lamb Chop, Ribeye, and pasta.

One main dish is entitled to 2 sides.

The premium sides that I have chosen are Pasta ($1.60), and Mentaiko Fries ($3.00).

I ordered the Lightly Battered Dory w Pasta Aglio e Olio. The Dory was encased in a crunchy golden brown batter with tender meat inside. Their batter is not like some stalls that are thick, master chippy coats their fish in a thin batter. It was well-seasoned and not oily. I had to choose 2 sides, simple Aglio olio of garlic, olive oil, and parsley tossed with cooked pasta and fries generously drizzled with mentaiko sauce. They also provide a small side of crispy batter crumbs.

I also went back another time and ordered the same with fries instead. We also ordered the Red Tilapia with their rice and mashed potatoes. The Red tilapia is also coated with the same thin batter and has a crunchy exterior with tender flesh inside. so good too! The rice was unfortunately kind of mushy. They were also super generous and gave us a huge dollop of mashed potato.
