The Dining Room presents a resplendent ensemble of festive takeaways to save revelers the hassle of preparation. Start off the heartwarming celebration with the new Lobster Bisque infused with homegrown lemongrass ($42). A perfect centerpiece for the festive table, the new Asam Pedas Roasted Turkey ($208) is an Asian twist to the Christmas staple. The turkey is infused with a spicy and tangy paste for over 36 hours before being slow-roasted and served with nasi kunyit (turmeric basmati rice), sautéed brussels sprouts with sambal hijau (green chili), and emping crackers (bitternut cracker). Other new savory highlights include the Honey Grenadine Semi Bone-in Gammon Ham ($288), complemented with roasted potatoes and a homemade pineapple raisin sauce, and Grass-fed Roasted Black Garlic Ribeye ($288) paired with port wine sauce. Complete the festive feast with the new seasonal creation, Ivory Delight ($88), comprising fragrant pandan sponge, luscious yam paste, and coconut mousse.
