Yi Xuan Handmade Banmian Eating House offers a vast selection of banmian dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer dry or soup-based noodles, you'll find something to tickle your taste buds. The extensive menu includes options with various ingredients and flavor profiles, ensuring there's something for everyone. They have the usual prawn, sour & spicy, and tomyum, and also have something special like Sichuan veg pork and hot & spicy (mala). Besides this, they have fish ball noodles and fish soup as well. They also open until quite late at night so supper here would be great too.

The standout feature of the "you mian dry" was the exceptional quality of the noodles. While the noodles from other stalls were occasionally clumped together, the overall texture here was outstanding. The noodles were remarkably smooth and consistently thick, impressing us with their craftsmanship. The sauce that accompanied the dish was the perfect complement to the noodles, providing a harmonious blend of flavors.

The ban mian soup offered a different but equally delightful experience. The broth, while not particularly strong in flavor, presented a light and savory taste that perfectly balanced the meal. This comforting soup was an excellent choice for those seeking a more traditional noodle dish.

The dumplings at Yi Xuan Handmade Banmian Eating House were substantial, but it's worth noting that they were primarily filled with chives rather than meat. While some might prefer a meatier filling, the chive-centric dumplings had a unique and refreshing flavor. The dumplings were well-cooked and paired excellently with the noodles.
