My recent experience with their breast meat revealed a texture that, while not overly tough, lacked the desired tenderness. Additionally, although the rice boasted a pleasing softness and fluffiness, it didn't quite deliver the expected aroma. In contrast, my previous experience with their drumstick left a lasting impression, featuring a delectable layer of jelly beneath the skin and exceptionally tender meat. It's perplexing why the breast meat didn't meet the same high standard. Moving forward, I hope Ming Kee can maintain consistency in their offerings.
