Their menu features enticing options such as Beef Meatball Tomato Pasta, Prawn Aglio Olio, Herb & Citrus Roasted Chicken Bowl, Paprika Chicken, Pineapple Salsa Prawn Salad, Smoked Salmon Bowl, Herb Crust Dory, and Cold Brew. I particularly enjoy their noodles, especially when paired with their homemade meatballs and prawns in the pasta dishes. The soba noodles are also delightful, especially with the accompanying sauces.

The soup bowl is filled with a variety of ingredients, including sliced pork, dried sole fish, minced meat, egg, and dumplings. Ding Ji's commitment to quality and tradition sets them apart. The soup base is simmered overnight to extract the goodness from the pork bones, resulting in a rich, flavorful broth. Canopy Garden Dining is a cafe located near the AMK swimming complex and behind McDonald's. The cafe features glass walls for natural light and spacious interiors with wooden flooring, chairs, tables, and ceilings. The lunch set, priced at $18, includes pasta and their soup of the day. The crab meat aglio olio is a delicious dish with al dente linguine and crab meat. The soup of the day is also delicious, with a thick texture.

Canopy Garden Dining is a great spot to catch some Pokemon at the park after breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A friend recommended the Burger Benedict, which includes poached eggs, grilled Angus patty, melted cheese, bacon jam, pickles, and shallots on a sesame bun, served with their signature homemade hollandaise sauce, sesame fries, and crispy anchovy. The Angus patty is juicy and delicious, but the fries with sesame and anchovy are lame.

9) Ming Kee Chicken Rice

Ming Kee Chicken Rice 明记鸡饭(白沙浮), an established hawker stall with a 42-year history, is renowned for its pioneering use of the ice bath technique in chicken preparation, setting a benchmark in the industry. My recent experience with their breast meat revealed a texture that, while not overly tough, lacked the desired tenderness. Additionally, although the rice boasted a pleasing softness and fluffiness, it didn't quite deliver the expected aroma. In contrast, my previous experience with their drumstick left a lasting impression, featuring a delectable layer of jelly beneath the skin and exceptionally tender meat. It's perplexing why the breast meat didn't meet the same high standard. Moving forward, I hope Ming Kee can maintain consistency in their offerings.
