Upon visiting, I couldn't resist ordering their iconic wheel cheese pasta. I opted for the fresh pasta with cream sauce and shrimp, along with a clam chowder bread bowl. The pasta, meticulously handcrafted and freshly made in-house, boasted a softer texture than typical pasta dishes.

The highlight of the meal was watching the cheese wheel pasta preparation. The staff expertly tossed the pasta in the cheese wheel right at the table, resulting in a luxurious, velvety cheese coating. The creamy texture and robust flavor of the cheese created an indulgent dish, though it might be a bit intense for those who are not big fans of cheese. Fortunately, the menu offers a variety of pasta options to suit different tastes.

The clam chowder served in a bread bowl was a hearty delight, packed with flavorful ingredients. To enhance the dining experience, they even provided a smaller bowl for soup refills, ensuring you leave satisfied.

Whether you're a cheese lover or simply looking to try something new, Spaghetti Factory Bangkok delivers a memorable culinary experience. From their famous cheese wheel pasta to the comforting clam chowder bread bowl, this restaurant is a standout destination for foodies in Bangkok.
