Easy to make and yummy recipe for broccoli pesto pasta. :) You can tweak it to make it healthy too.
This was also quite easy to make! Broccoli has always been one of my fav vegetables after i found out cauliflower makes me bloated AF due to my IBS problems. >.>

Ingredients

1 Ounce
Spaghetti

1 Cup
Broccoli , cut into florets

1 Clove
Minced Garlic
-
1 Tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar
-
3 Tablespoons
Pine nuts
-
2 Tablespoons
Olive Oil
-
3 Tablespoons
Parmesan, grated
Cooking Directions

Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.

Add the broccoli into the pot at the last four minute.

Drain pasta together with broccoli.

Add broccoli, balsamic vinegar and pine nuts and blend until smooth for the pesto sauce.

Add olive oil to a pan. Add the bacon and mushrooms and cook for about 2-5 minutes or until cooked.

Add the noodles, pesto sauce and Parmesan together and toss them until the noodles are coated thoroughly.

Ready to serve~
