Truffle Oil Pasta and Mushrooms
Ingredients

Spaghetti

8 oz
Baby Portobello Mushrooms

1 piece
Salmon
-
3 Tbsp
Truffle Oil

Garlic Cloves

Salt
-
Pepper

Grated Parmesan
Cooking Directions

Cook the Spaghetti in a pot for around 10 minutes to achieve al dente texture. Please read the instructions on the box/packaging of your pasta for specific timings.

Preheat a cooking pan over medium heat. Add about a tablespoon of truffle oil and mushrooms. Saute mushrooms and salmon until almost cooked.

Press garlic and add it to the pan. Saute until fragrant.

Add pasta and stir well.

Add remaining truffle oil, salt and pepper. Saute well.

When serving, grate fresh Parmesan cheese on top.
