BIRDS OF PARADISE

BOP is interesting as their flavours were inspired by nature. Expect flavours such as White Chrysanthemum, Earl Grey Lemongrass, Lychee Raspberry and Basil. 

What I had: The Seasalt Houjicha gelato has a roasty flavour with subtle sea salt flavour, whilst the Pandan gelato flavour is kind of watered down but refreshing.

Did you know that Michelin Recommended @bopgelato has opened a new outlet at the NEW @jewelchangiairport ! I would definitely suggest getting their aromatic thyme cones with flavours such as Seasalt Houjicha, White Chrysanthemum, Earl Grey Lemongrass, Lychee Raspberry and Basil.
