𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 is the quintessential tze char food! The fish head was stewed in this rich and spicy curry with assorted vegetables. I love to eat this with the yummy curry poured all over my white rice.

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 ($25)

𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 comes with big pieces of succulent prawns flavoured with buttermilk and cheese. This was one of my fav dishes that day! The sauces are so creamy and cheesy and go well with the prawn.

𝐁𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 (S - $20, M - $25, L - $30)

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠 is this huge plate of golden sotong cooked with cereals. Not soggy but crispy and taste sweet because of the cereal.

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐠 (S - $13, M - $16, L - $22)

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 also called Har Cheong Gai is a Singaporean fried chicken dish. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. What I like is that it is not overly salty! yum!

𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧  (S - $10, M - $15, L - $20)

𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞-𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 (回锅肉) is a famous Chinese Szechuan dish. The name is derived from cooking the meat twice. It was boiled first before stir-fried in Dou Ban Jiang and other ingredients. The spice imparts so many flavours to this dish.

𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞-𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤  (S - $10, M - $14, L - $18)

𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 which was so fragrant and tasty because of the golden fried garlic.

𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲  ($12)

Lastly, we have the 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 which has everything, spicy, sour, savoury. The tender fish slices are so well-coated in the delicious Assam sauce. Yummy! Another dish that will go well with white rice! ⠀⠀

𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 (S - $13, M - $17, L -$23)

Umm.. @7wonders_asia not only has delectable Tze char dishes, but they also have Mala Xiang Guo?! Pick your choice of ingredients and they have a variety to choose from! I don’t eat MLXG but $1.99 per 100 gram is affordable, right? 🌶
