Just in time for Christmas, White Restaurant introduces the new Truffle White Beehoon (small: $12, medium: $18). Fans of The Original Sembawang White Beehoon will recognize White Restaurant’s inimitable homemade broth, which is now given an extra dimension thanks to the earthy aroma of premium truffle oil that’s been infused into the sauce. It’s a dish that’s both nostalgic and luscious: the perfect holiday indulgence.

Seafood lovers will want to go for the Happy Holidays Set ($228.52), which comes with fiery pan-fried Sambal Prawns, crackling Deep-fried Sweet, and Sour Fish, and White Restaurant’s beloved Signature Meat and Seafood Roll. You’ll also get to enjoy their Stir-Fried Egg Tofu with Mix Seafood, a helping of Stir-Fried Plum Sauce Chicken that’s made with a special in house recipe, and a very healthy serving of Broccoli and Shiitake Mushrooms. 

For the ultimate indulgence, go for the Jolly Christmas Set ($250.80). You’ll be treated to a plethora of traditional favorites, including the addictive Wok Fried Chicken in Chef’s Special Sauce, the ultra-comforting Homemade Soy Tofu with Minced Pork, and golden, perfectly fried Cereal Prawns. The set also includes a plate of White Restaurant’s spicy Sambal Lala clams and their beloved Sweet & Sour Pork.
