For the Wild Caught Canadian Lobster and Shrimp Fried Radish Cake (S$18.80), plump lobster claw meat and shrimp are wok-fried with huge chunks of radish cake, chai por (preserved radish), egg, bean sprouts, and spring onions, imbued with a wok hei finish. 

Crab Meat & Flying Fish Roe Fried Rice (S$13.80)

A comforting brand new dish is Crab Meat & Flying Fish Roe Fried Rice (S$13.80). Fragrant white rice is first tossed over high heat along with egg and chunks of crab meat, then topped with glistening globes of tobiko for an extra juicy burst and popping bite sensation.

Deep-Fried Century & Salted Egg Sesame Prawn Roll (S$7.50)

   

Crispy and savory, the Deep Fried Century & Salted Egg Sesame Prawn Roll (S$7.50) features fresh whole prawns, century egg, and salted egg encased in a fu pi beancurd skin. The dough is then deep-fried to golden-brown perfection, and served with tobiko mayonnaise!
