Fong Seng Nasi Lemak opens as early as 6am for breakfast and provides supper for night owls until 4am. I took a bus from my workplace and it stopped all the way at Kent Ridge bus terminal which coincidentally was right outside the NUS hall. I guess this place must be a fave haunt of NUS students.
I was there one day after work for dinner. I was apprehensive at first because it was a Chinese Nasi lemak vendor, but the rice was fragrant and delicious!! It's possible that the sides weren't warm enough. But this stall provides a vast selection of sides for me to choose from; however, I went with the luncheon meat. HAHA
Their house-made nasi lemak sambal was just nice for me as it wasn't really spicy and leaned towards the sweeter side.
