REVIEW: Good hawker food in Singapore: Hi Leskmi Nasi Lemak at Whampoa Food Centre

Hi Leskmi Nasi Lemak is another Chinese-style nasi lemak stall that I discovered at Whampoa Food Centre. Leskmi may seem like an Indian name, but they believe Leskmi, the Hindu goddess of wealth, will bring them health, fortune, and prosperity. The nearest MRT station would be Boon Keng.

Opening Hours: 11.30am - 9.30pm

This is not the regular white coconut milk rice, this is green in color coconut rice. The rice was tinted green with pandan. It had the mild fragrance of pandan and coconut milk and was also fluffy. They had 3 sets. I ordered a Set A which comes with a chicken wing, a fried egg, peanuts, and ikan bilis. Added an otah too. 

The chicken wing was not bad with tender and juicy meat. The otah packed a punch too.
