Both the Cantonese and Chinese pronunciation for the number 8 sounds similar to an auspicious word which means ‘to prosper' or ‘good fortunes’. As a Cantonese himself, Chef Kin subscribes to this perspective. For him, the more 8’s the better! The result – his 8th outlet is strategically opened at 808 French Road.
